*We are unable to confirm whether or not expandable batons are legal in MN. The following statute does not explicitly ban them. The statute focuses on the “intent” of using a weapon to intimidate or harm someone. If used for self-defense purposes ONLY, you should be fine. We will still sell batons to MN residents. As always, you (as the buyer) are responsible for abiding to (and researching) all local, state and federal laws. We are not held liable for any actions you undertake with the products we sell.
