What do I have to do?

The process is easy. Simply send us a copy of your original invoice and an accompanying police report detailing the event in which you reportedly used, lost or had your pepper spray stolen. We will ship a new replacement spray to you. All you pay is $4.95 shipping & handling, which you can relay via check or credit card.
